Carlos Rodrigo Sáez-Muñozreceived his B.A. in History from the State University of New York. He obtained an M.A. fromthe Brussels School of International Studies—University of Kent. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, specializing in International History and Politics. Rodrigo spent 17 years in the private sector where he acquired extensive experience in international trade and television production, program distribution and management. His areas of interest include, human rights, privacy in the digital age, institution building and democratic development. His thesis research centers on internal allocation of water resources by nation-states (Chile as the primary case study) and the impact of international organizations (e.g., World Bank) on the decision-making process in this area. |
